Another Now

Way more of a manifesto or lecture than it is a novel, and extremely (occasionally annoyingly) utopian. But it is a useful thought exercise, and unique in that it goes farther than almost any other utopian book I’ve read in concretely imagining a path from “here” to “there”… even if that path is exceedingly improbable.

I’ll keep it on my shelf as a useful discussion of the types of direct actions that could be fruitful in the right circumstances. I would recommend it more to liberals, progressives and novice anti-capitalists than I would to people who have a stronger foundation in Marxism and/or anarchism.
